    Many of our items offer the option of having personalised wording adding. If you can not see where to add the wording you would like to appear, please don't hesitate to email us with any questions.

    Mini KM markers

    We can create mini km markers for any route or climb, if you can't see the mountain you would like in our options, please select the personalised option and then fill in the fields with the details you would like to appear. If you aren't sure on these, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to help find them for you.

    How can I pay for an online order?

    Do I need to set up an account?

    You are not required to create an account to place an order with us.

    By creating an account, you can access the following:
     Your order status
     Your order history
     Manage your addresses

    If you wish to create an account, please click the My Account option at the top of your screen and enter your details.

    Can I confirm if my order was successfully placed?

    If you are a registered customer, you can log into your account and check your order status.

    If you do not have an account, we will keep you updated via email.

    How do I find my order number?

    You will receive this in your order acknowledgement email and all further email contact from PoundToy™‎ which relate to this order. If you are a registered customer, it will be visible in the “View Orders" section in your account.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your purchase being made.

     

    Why won't it accept my card when making payment?

    Please note, we accept the following cards:

    If your card is being declined, please ensure you are entering the correct details. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact your bank or card provider.

    Can I pay for an order over the phone?

    No, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or email.

    I have placed an order, will I receive an email to confirm my order has been received?

    Yes, once you place an, you will instantly receive an automated email confirming that your order has been received. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase is not complete until the order have been dispatched to you.

    If you do not receive this email, please check your spam / junk mail. If you still cannot find this email, the most common reason for this is due to the incorrect email address being entered at the checkout.

    How do I return an unwanted item that I have purchased online?

    You can not return a personalised item. If the item arrives damaged we will send a replacment as soon as possible. If you wish to return a standard unwanted item, you may do so, once you notify us within 28 days of receipt of the order via email or telephone. We will be in touch as soon as we are notified of the return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please note that it is your responsibility to return this item in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs. You must also ensure that you quote your order reference number on the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

    Details of how to return an item to us are also outlined on the Despatch Docket included in your delivered package.

    Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets these conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.

    You may also return goods purchased online to your local store provided you have a copy of your despatch confirmation email.

    We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items.
